The Panacea Housing Scheme under the auspices of Kiloceal Better Life Cooperative Society Ltd presents a unique opportunity to address one of Africa’s most pressing challenges: the scarcity of affordable and quality housing. By utilizing a cooperative-based approach, the scheme provides a solution that allows members/offtakers to pool their resources, significantly lowering the cost per unit for all services and products associated with homeownership. Through innovative financing and strong partnerships with stakeholders, Kiloceal aims to deliver 2 million housing units across Nigeria, beginning with phases in Abuja, Lagos, and further expanding to state capitals and local government areas (LGAs). The project also includes investments in infrastructure and income-generating facilities, ensuring a sustainable and thriving ecosystem for all involved.
